2-Mix by hand Nammoura mix with water and butter in large bowl until the batter 
3-Spread into a baking Tray. Cut the dough in square or diamond shapes and decorate with almonds if desired.
4-BAKE in 
5-While baking, prepare the sugar syrup by boiling 2 cups of sugar with 1 cup of water and a squeeze of lemon juice, let the syrup cool.
6-Pour cold syrup on Nammoura while it’s hot.
7-Leave it to cool before serving.
