1. PRE-HEAT griddle or pan over medium heat (190°C/ 375°F) until drops of water sizzle and evaporate quickly. Grease with oil if necessary.
2. MIX the powder mix and water with a wire whisk until smooth. Pour batter on hot griddle or pan.
3. BAKE until the crepe color turn to golden brown, turn; cook other side as well.
