1- PRE-HEAT oven to 180 °C (350° F). Generously grease all types of pans, lightly flour or spray nonstick cooking spray.
2- BEAT brownie mix, water, oil or butter and eggs in large bowl at low speed for 1 minute; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into pan.
3- Bake in oven as directed below. Brownie is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
4- Cool brownie for 5 minutes in pan before removing it.
