2- MIX all ingredients with a wire whisk until smooth*.For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter on hot griddle.
3- BAKE until bubbles break on surface and edges just begin to dry. Turn; cook other sides about 1 minute or until golden.
*for thinner pancakes, stir in additional milk: for thicker pancakes, stir in additional powder mix.
Waffles1- Pre-Heat waffle iron (grease waffle iron if necessary).
2- Mix 2 cups Pancake Mix, 11/2 cups milk (360ml), 1 egg and 1/4 cup vegetable oil (60ml) with wire whisk until smooth. Pour batter from cup or pitcher on center of hot waffle iron.
3-Bake until steaming stops or until golden. Remove waffle carefully
