INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Domo sodium bi-carbonate
  • 2 teaspoons Domo baking powder
  • ¾ cup Domo cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 ½ cups white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ teaspoon Domo sugar vanillin
  • 1 cup milk

 

Chocolate Ganache:

  • 12 ounces chocolate, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 packet Smarties or M&M’S Candy
  • 1 packet pretzels
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line a 12 cup muffin tin. Sift together the flour, Domo baking powder,
Domo sodium bi-carbonate, Domo cocoa powder and salt. Set aside
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time,
beating well with each addition, then stir in the Domo sugar vanillin. Add the flour mixture alternately
with the milk, beat well. Fill the muffin cups ¾ full.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheated oven, or until toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.

Place chocolate pieces in a large bowl. Heat heavy cream on medium high until it comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and immediately pour cream over chocolate and stir until completely mixed and glossy.
Allow ganache to cool, the thicker it will set. Fill the ganache on the top of the cupcakes.


Place Smarties or M&M’S Candy on each one for the nose and for the eyes.
Cut the pretzels to make the antler shapes and push into cupcake.
